Here at the Grand Trees Apartments, we pride ourselves on being fair and professional. We value people’s privacy and understand that some people may have different needs than others. Just let us know and we will try to accommodate you. If there are any problems or concerns please let us know, we will try to do whatever is necessary to solve them.

§ Personal garage and carport parking is available (small fee)
§ Parking lot is monitored 24 hours by many video cameras.
§ Security building, each tenant uses a personal code to enter

As a renter, your costs of living are much less then if you own a home: Taxes, upkeep, mortgages, zoning regulations, UTILITIES, etc all add up to a lot of hard earned moneyevery year, not to mention when the water heater, furnace, electrical, appliances, laundry equipment, etc. go out, that can be very costly! As a renter, these are things you just don’t have to worry about! Lawn care and all external upkeep / maintenance are usually the responsibility of the landlord, taking this financial burden off of you.

Cable is FREE at the Grand Trees, including free HBO! All basic cable television channels and HBO wired to your apartment. Any extra subscription channels or equipment you might decide to get will not be the financial responsibility of the Grand Trees Apartments. You may be able to get extra cable channels at a reduced rate while at the Grand Trees apartments. |

DISCOUNTED High speed cable internet available! Normally to receive high speed cable internet you must pay for a cable subscription and pay for internet subscription, since we pay for your cable, you are only required to pay for the internet, saving you about 1/2 the normal price. |

No extra charges for garbage/waste Each of our 3 buildings has private nearby large dumpsters. Each dumpster has a lock for which you will have a key. This is for safety and confidentiality. Also we have a recycling center on the premises where you can put your sorted recyclables like glass, paper, plastic and metal. |

OFF-STREET private parking is included, FREE! Tenants are given a parking sticker that can be affixed to the vehicle window. Each adult resident who has a valid driver’s license and is on a lease is entitled to one parking place for one car only. |
