RENTAL RATES

All Rental Deposits are refundable* and are $300 (This is separate from and does not include any pet deposits) and this is in addition to your first months rent.  (as an example, to rent a 1 bedroom with no pets would be 875 to move in and then 575 per month.)

Studio Apartments starting at $500 per month

One-Bedroom apartments starting at $595 per month

Remember, these competitive rates include free parking, free cable with HBO, Utilities & Trash just to name a few.

PARKING RATES:

Lot: Parking is included with your rent, no extra charge.  Please instruct your visitors to park as far from the doors (main area) as possible when visiting.
Stall: Parking in the stalls, also called carports is an additional $15 per month.
Garage: Private parking in the garage is available for $27 per month.

PET RATES:

A refundable* pet deposit of $200 is required for each pet. Please call the office for information about the pet fees and allowable pets.

AIR CONDITIONER RATES:

You will be billed $50 per month for each month that your air conditioner is in the window.  Please call the office for information about air conditioner fees, suggested BTUs and other specifics.

STORAGE UNITS RATES:

Please call the office for information about storage unit fees
