Randolph Investment Company is a closely held family corporation which was purchased in the mid 60’s by Joseph M. Coppola Sr. The company now has 3 generations involved in the daily operations. The Coppola family has deep roots in the area and is proud to call Des Moines home. Since 1992 we have worked carefully to make all tenants of the Grand Trees, and all of our properties, feel welcome. We feel we have a sensibly priced, secure environment. Our emphasis on safety is quite evident by our on site manager, security doors, lighting and security cameras.
