1ST OF THE MONTH	RENT DUE IN FULL
5TH OF THE MONTH	$40.00 LATE FEE
6TH OF THE MONTH	EVICTION PROCESS BEGINS
Management will be on duty in the Grand Trees Office the First through the Fifth of each month from 8:00am to6:30 pm (lunch break not included) except weekends when office hours are posted.   IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO STOP BY THE OFFICE DURING THESE TIMES BEFORE THE 5TH, PLEASE MAIL YOUR CHECK OR M.O. TO: GRAND TREES APARTMENTS, 2305 Grand Ave. Des Moines, IA 50312

 

All tenants must have their rent paid in full by the 1st of every month.

If you are unable to deliver your rent to the office during regular business hours you may use the rental drop box slot.

The drop box is located to the immediate right of the entrance to the center building (managers building).

 

If you are "out of town" or for any reason are unable to drop your rent off, please send your rent check or money order via the mail.

For added security you can usually request delivery confirmation or a tracking number for a nominal charge at the post office.

 

If a tenants rent is not paid in full by the 5th of any month, that tenant will be assessed a $40.00 late fee.

 

If any tenant has not paid the full rent and late fee by the 6th of the month we will be forced to begin the eviction process.
